Malindy Elene a Bridal Boutique is seeking part-time Bridal Stylists. Malindy Elene is a fast growing, team oriented, upscale bridal boutique located in South Florida on the Gulf Coast, Tampa! We are searching for a candidate that has sales or customer service experience who enjoys working in a face paced, ever changing, high energy environment.  Weekend work is a must and a flexible schedule is preferred (roughly 10-20 hours a week). 

The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys connecting with people and understands how to communicate with different types of clients.  The ideal candidate also loves all things wedding, is fashionable, and enjoys building confidence in others. Candidate must also be comfortable commanding small groups and speaking/communicating direction to small groups. Problem solving and customer services skills must be strong. We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal oriented to join our store.

This rewarding opportunity allows for the Bridal Stylist to learn the day to day operations of the boutique as well as work with clients in finding their dream wedding dress, while being in an upscale, beautiful work environment. Bridal Stylist will be responsible for being a positive member of the sales staff and be responsible for reaching individual and group sales goals.  

 

Duties/Responsibilities will be the following (but not limited to):

  • Conducting bridal appointments with brides and identifying/fulfilling their bridal needs

  • Creating a luxury retail experience for brides and guests in a comfortable, friendly retail environment

  • Conducting everyday tasks within the salon including greeting customers, answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and other administrative responsibilities

  • Serving as the brand ambassador, engaging in opportunities that promote the store and the brand such as networking events, community gatherings, and social outings as needed

  • Achieving sales goals- individual and store benchmarks 

  • Coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise in and out of the salon

  • Providing great customer service and assist in resolution of customer service issues

  • Assisting with miscellaneous projects assigned by the store manager
